LECS (UK) were awarded a commendation by the Association for Consultancy & Engineering at their annual awards event in St Pauls, London on 14^th April 2010. The commendation was for their role as consultants in the difficult project to upgrade the RNLI cliff lift at Padstow, which featured in ELEVATION recently. LECS (UK) Managing Director, Dave Cooper, said "We are pleased to have been both shortlisted as recipients of awards at this prestigious event for two consecutive years". He went on to say that the project was particularly difficult given the environment in which it is installed.
