Windcrest is working with Smartqube, a software company, to provide a Web based Monitoring service for the EN81-28 lift alarm monitoring. The service is free whilst the autodialler is under warranty. The warranty on the autodialler, and consequently the monitoring service can be extended at additional costs after the standard first years warranty.

This service will allow the Property Owner or the Managing Agent to manage the responsibility of ensuring the autodiallers are working, with ease and without the need to set up a Computer Based Central Station and a dedicated phone line. The service will not only appeal to small lift companies, but also the Owner or the Property Manager. It allows a continued and seamless monitoring, even when the lift contractor is changed. To ease the need to contact the lift contractor, automated SMS or e-mail facility is also available.
