David Cooper, Managing Director of Eastbourne based Consulting Engineers LECS (UK) Ltd, has been made a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Engineers. The company is one of London’s livery organisations and its members are required to be Chartered Engineers as well as being a Fellow of a recognised Engineering Institution and also to hold the Freedom of the City of London. David received the Freedom of the City in 2002 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, where he is a past chairman of the Lift & Escalator group.
